Hi everyone! This is my post on my progress in getting a quest cape!
Levels needed to achieve quest cape:
Agility - 59-- 59/59-- Complete finally
Attack - 30-- Achieved
Combat - 85-- Achieved
Construction - 34-- Achieved
Cooking - 70-- Achieved
Crafting - 61-- 61/61 Achieved woot
Defence - 65-- Achieved
Farming - 49-- Achieved
Firemaking - 50-- Achieved
Fishing - 62-- 62/62 Achieved woot
Fletching - 50-- Achieved
Herblore - 57-- 57/57- Complete!
Hitpoints - None-- Achieved
Hunter - 27-- Achieved
Magic - 66-- Achieved
Mining - 60-- Achieved
Prayer - 50-- Achieved
Ranged - 60-- Achieved

Goodluck Spear, I bet you will have that quest cape in no time at all. And I agree about how sheep herder should be a master quest. Spent fricking three hours on it on my account and still wasn't able to finish LOL.
