Its basically that same picture is being viewed too many times.

Bandwidth consumption is calculated by the amount of data that is transferred from your a photobucket account to other sites across the web. The size of the image/video will increase the amount of bandwidth you are using when linking them out to other sites. For example:
The average photo file size on Photobucket is ~2 MB. Lets say you link out 100 photos, each 2 MB in size each, to your blog/website/ebay listing/etc. 100 images at 2 MB each means that you are linking out a total of 200 MB in data. If each of those images were viewed 50 times a piece, that would equal 10,000 MB of bandwidth used, thus hitting the 10 GB cap (10,000 MB = 10 GB). Similarly, If you linked out only one photo at a file size of 2 MB, it'd need to be viewed 5,000 times to reach your 10 GB bandwidth cap.

In other words, just wait it out. It will reset in about 2-5 days again.

Use a better image host.

I suggest just using for all of your image editing/saving needs.

Also Google Drive is a potential image storage location.
