Customer Service Manager (Compile, Ram)
Manages overall materials pertaining to Customer Services fully.
Key job task of Customer Service Manager
- Manage and hire live-chat agents and ensuring there’s no lack thereof manpower in live-chat area
- Accepts order for the entire UPE operations and place them accordingly on the website so respective departments can work on the order (This role is shared by the GM and Owner)
- Manages advertising opportunities with relevant partners
- Source out possible partnership with other business that agrees to our terms and conditions which will be drafted out by the Customer Service Manager together with the GM and Owner
- Creates and oversee promotional events to attract sales and make UPE competitive
