Their already is a clan named Genesis that has transferred over to 07 and are quite good you will definitely experience difficulties if you resume with that name not even by Genesis' hands but by others.

We are clearly more established than you how can you just steal a clan's name? Its not a huge issue its only that there will be alot confusion and mix-up in the clan world where there are two clans with the same name.

We have about 60-70 members and pull around 40-50 to wars/events

I am currently conversing with you on SwiftIRC and would love to come to a resolution.

We are gonna keep "Genesis 07" as the clan name though and though confusion may arise, I hope the distinction will be made clear by the leaders to their members.

We will try to avoid any clash of events as that will be confusing.
