Can I complain about the insane number of posts to take part in the giveaways? Lol don't take it seriously. Just kidding. But seriously though. Can I?

Yeah I guess that's what complaint forums are.
It's probably so people wouldn't make like 20 accs just to win giveaway.

usually before any giveaway theres a ip check an eliminates all of the same

Thats what he probably meant: "we need only 1 IP so it's fair", else he probably woudn't say "thats good".

yeah spamming is when you write like 5 letters and post, If your serious you usally write at least 2 sentences

BongIAM is the example of some type of spam - double posting.

Actually I think there are several types of spam:
-Random posts without meaning
-double posts
-hi,welcome(when you dont even know him), nice, awesome, gonna use this(when you wont)
-Posting on topics something that has nothing to do with anything
-posting something that has already been said or it's common sense

Just post for 15 mins and you'll get it fast
