No, whenever you plant flowers it is always the same color(I think white idk anymore) and @yamiteh yes it is bannable

Yea gambling IS a bannable offence, ESPECIALLY in 07, but in rs3 they seem to resort more to cleaning banks (they log u off ur acc and take any money and any items worth of wealth of ur acc)

They can, I have seen many gp resets and name changes to hosts that I know but not too many bans on rs3 for some reason. Maybe Jagex just likes to fuck wiht us >.>

My guess is, they don't ban them, because hosting is not that serious rule breaking compared to some other stuff that greatly affects the game(scamming, hacking, phishing, botting...).
They wipe them out though, maybe to try to be fair so that "everyone gets the money the same way"?

About the name changes, from what I know jagex only changes/deletes name if it is offensive, being sold or wanted by someone who is friends with Jmod(but those are the rare names).
Maybe some hosts wanted to sell their name after gambling was banned from RS to make some extra last cash? Idk
